HAIS. okay so I was having tea with my parents. Hahah yes. Anw was having tea and that good stuff

When I got a message from Sheryl. I told her to tell me what was going on in band uh. Cos I didn't go today

COS I WAS SICK. and the staff said I couldn't go for cca with a fever

. So Sheryl told me what happened and honestly I'm just like a little surprised uh.

Today band did drills uh. Syf is over then do drills lo. DRILLS.
DRILLS.
DRILLS?
After being in band since sec 1, I'm still all what the fuck about the whole drills thing.
It's like. When you think of a band, you think of a group of people that play music right?
WHERE THE HELL DID DRILLS COME FROM?!?!
Unless I say marching band. Then you will think okay; They march and play.
But in EVG there is no marching in front of the word band. And some more we are called EVG winds leh.
Wtf. It really still does puzzle me. Like who the he'll decided that ALL bands had to do drills.

For those bands that are NCC bands or military bands, i understand lah. From the name I can already tell drills are going to be a part of your cca and crap. But EVG winds? It's so deceiving! I seriously thought it was just playing instrument and making music. That is what I signed up for. But no. Drills are super important to us just as it is to a UG. that is another thing that pisses me off. But that one later ah haha.

So Sheryl told me that she cried. And she told me Liang Wei cried cos the whole band had to pump several times cos of him. And he felt guilty cos of that. Yeah.
Think about it. People interested in music, in a band, crying over footdrills. WTF? They are wasting their time crying over it
But it's not like they can just stop feeling sad about it cos we are being forced to do drills. And we are forced to perfect them. For the drill video
If there was no goddamn drill video, there would be no footdrills. If there was no footdrills, less people would want to quit. And we'd have more time to sound better. You know just cos of footdrills I see all the juniors want to quit band. And it's so disappointing cos they have a lot of potential do0d. Sigh.

We aren't even getting as many points as UG yet all the bands in SG try to be as good as them. We even need to juggle it with music.

Gah. Before this post really makes no sense at all, I shall summarise:

1ETP got the award for best class. omg haha xD it was like so unbelievable.

today band sucked so much sia.

miss rekha had one on one with us then she demoralise me like shit.

but i didn't get mad lah.

but i was really damn sad like wanna cry like that. then I ask C

how she felt then she said she felt the same. afterthat i go ask canyon.

he say he felt like quitting. so then we said ms rekha demoralise

us too much.
